Renowned and experienced Singaporean Emcee Sharlyn Lim was a major factor in the success of the ONE PUNGGOL CHINESE NEW YEAR LIGHT-UP on February 3, 2024. She described the eye-catching circular centrepiece as, “A New Spring – A Great Year” that signifies success and perfection. Her captivating and lively presence was crucial in determining the festival’s outcome since it generated a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Sharlyn led the festivities by extending a cordial welcome to everyone who came to the One Punggol Chinese New Year Light-Up Celebration. Her capacity to establish a personal connection with the audience created an atmosphere that was both captivating and unforgettable. She expertly handled the event’s many components with her captivating stage presence, introducing the intriguing program lineup with ease.

Emcee Sharlyn enthusiastically added and encouraged the crowd that there’s a twelve cute animal zodiac signs encircled the centerpiece and the guests can take their time reading the future year’s fortunes while strolling around. Our very own Punggol resident, Master Tonny Neo from Shan Feng Shui Consultancy, contributed the fortune readings. Master Tonny Neo had contributed the fortune readings for the past two years. It was a modest method, according to Master Tonny Neo, for him to give back to the Punggol community.

Emcee Sharlyn declared that the Grassroots advisors had arrived that night. Mr. Teo Chee Hean is warmly welcomed by the emcee, the Senior Pastor and Minister in Charge of National Security Coordination, Emcee Sharlyn also appended the presence of Dr. Puthucheary Janil, the Senior State Minister Ministry of Health and Ministry of Communication and Information and lastly the emcee cordially welcomed Ms. Yeo Wan Ling,  the Local Advisor to Punggol – Pasir Ris GRC GROs.
